The Indianapolis Chapter hosted Indiana State Day on October 8, 2011. Marsha Papay Gomola taught The Cardinal. Indiana's State Bird made a beautiful stumpwork ornament. The stunning cardinal dominates this design. He is perched on a flowering branch watching a tiny spider. Adding sparkle to the design is the spider's web.
