Members Area - Forms and Documents

The pages in this section contain useful Forms and Documents for the GLR membership. Recent GLR Newsletters are available on the Documents page. There is also a page with instructions for submitting Website Updates.

Use the links on the menu to access these pages. The Forms and Website Update information are available for anyone browsing the site, but the Documents are protected in order to keep personal contact information away from harvesting by website reading programs.

Instructions for accessing the Documents page are provided there. The page does not require a registered password. Instead, it asks for information that a person can easily provide, but would be difficult for a computer program.

The GLR Director's Gavel, carved from Wisconsin cherry wood, represents our most precious tools: a needle and thimble. Mary Jo Prieve, GLR Director 1998-2000, commissioned Lane Bacon of Verona, Wisconsin to create the gavel. Mary Jo and Lane's wife, Phyllis, are members of the Madison Area Chapter.
