Request for Proposals
The Heartland Region of EGA Seminar 2024 Stitchin' on Route 66 will be held May 3-5, 2024 in historic Springfield, Illinois.
We invite you to submit proposals for a fun three days of stitching and comradery.
We are planning to offer an array of classes in various techniques and proficiency levels. The classes will be 1/2, 1, or 2 days in length. We would like to engage the teachers for all three days of the seminar.
Compensation includes but is not limited to:

We are planning to offer an array of classes in various techniques and proficiency levels. The classes will be 1/2, 1, or 2 days in length. We would like to engage the teachers for all three days of the seminar.
Compensation includes but is not limited to:
- $400 per day for teaching
- 3 lunches and one banquet meal, hotel breakfast, per diem for additional meals
- Shared hotel room for the Thursday through Sunday night
Please submit your proposals(s) with picture or drawing electronically no later than 1/15/23. Per EGA guidelines the first page of the proposal must be ICNA Standard Proposal Summary Sheet.
