Meeting Times
and Locations:

The Ann Arbor Chapter of the EGA meets in Ann Arbor MI at 7:00 p.m. on the third
Monday of each month (except July, August, and December). General meetings are
held at Washtenaw United Way, 2305 Platt Road
Rudolf Steiner High School 2230 Pontiac Trail Ann Arbor, MI
48105 in Ann Arbor and the group hosts either a hands-on project
or a guest speaker.
Special Activities:
In addition to the general meeting, there are evening sit 'n stitch
groups with special interest topics including beading,
traditional stitchery such as, Hardanger, Mountmellick
embroidery, and multi media stitchery projects. There is also an annual
holiday party.
The group participates in several community outreach projects including
stitchery pieces for Habitat for Humanity, demonstrations
of needlework skills at local festivals and teaching beginner embroidery classes
to children and senior groups.
How to Join our Chapter:
People interested in joining the Ann Arbor Chapter are invited to visit one
of our regular meetings, and visitors may attend up to two meetings before they
